JUNIORS

day camp-juniors

Our Juniors is balanced between creative and physical activities designed to foster independence and build self-esteem. Our program is designed to give your child the classic camp experience in an environment that fosters character development, meaningful friendships, and lasting memories. At this age, campers get to choose one weekly program elective, in addition to participating in the daily group and full camp activities. Juniors have caring and nurturing staff members chosen for their ability to work with younger children. Juniors benefit from age appropriate sports, swimming, crafts in addition to the many activities in camp. Every group is supported by a 1:5 staff to camper ratio.

The staff builds a strong, caring community among the campers and families so that your child can feel like Camp Gan Israel Piscataway is their second home in the summer time. We know we've done our job well when your child can't wait to come back again and again.

What Will My Child Be Doing?

A typical day starts off with line up, davening, engaging Shiur lessons given by our Camp Rabbi that foster discussion about faith and character development, indoor and outdoor activities, swimming, snacks and lunch and a weekly trip. We also send our campers to the Aquatics Center 4 times during the summer, something our campers look forward to every year!
