Our Pioneers Program is designed for boys entering grade 4-5 and girls entering grades 4-7. Our program is designed to give your child the classic camp experience in an environment that fosters character development, meaningful friendships, and lasting memories. This program combines our regular programming along with special activities and trips.
At a higher athletic level, Pioneers are now able to refine their sports skills as well as develop lifelong skills. We aim to provide a summer filled with many opportunities for growth individually and as a team. From cake decorating, salon & spa, daily sports clinic, dance, music, drama, baking, karate, archery, mini golf and an upgraded art program there's something for everyone!
To add to the pioneering spirit, there are late nights and a shabbaton. Counselors are now “big brother/big sister” role models and work to ensure that these campers learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and enhance self-esteem.
Our staff builds a strong, caring community among the campers and families so that your child can feel like Camp Gan Israel Highland Park is their second home in the summer time. We know we've done our job well when your child can't wait to come back again and again.
What Will My Child Be Doing?
